Home / community clinic, private self-report, Ann Arbor, MI
Purpose-in-Life + Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) resilience screen — Ann Arbor, MI.
No honesty-limit caveat needed: confirmed directly from PubMed's own record (via NCBI eutils, PMID 31125099) that Aliya Alimujiang, first author of this Read all of it
Not funded yet. Settles as earned credit, $200 proposed.
Proof it takes, the deadline, the level
- ProofPSS-10 total (0–40, 4 positive items reverse-scored) vs population bands + Purpose-in-Life score vs norms + coached behavioral plan + any distress/suicidal ideation routed to a clinician / crisis line
- Open until2026-12-08
- Levelentry
All of it: the words, the place, the proof
No honesty-limit caveat needed: confirmed directly from PubMed's own record (via NCBI eutils, PMID 31125099) that Aliya Alimujiang, first author of this standard's own second citation (Alimujiang et al. 2019, 'Association Between Life Purpose and Mortality Among US Adults Older Than 50 Years,' JAMA Netw Open), is affiliated with the Department of Epidemiology, University of Michigan School of Public Health, Ann Arbor, MI -- a direct, named-author-institution match sourced from the paper's own PubMed record. Distinct from this library's existing national (generic telehealth framing), St. Louis (a generic self-report/community-clinic framing), and Madison (Carol Ryff's own Purpose-in-Life subscale origin, University of Wisconsin-Madison) tiles -- Ann Arbor is this standard's own second citation's first author's institution, a fourth distinct category.
Fund it for $200. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- a private, quiet space (confidential self-report)
- the validated PSS-10 form (0–40 total)
- a brief Purpose-in-Life item set (Ryff subscale)
- a scoring key with population norms
- a secure note for the result and referral info (incl. the 988 crisis line, US)
Steps
- 1. Set a private, non-judgmental setting; confirm this is a self-reflection screen, not a diagnosis or therapy; ask directly whether the person is in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm right now — if yes, STOP the questionnaire and route to a crisis line / emergency immediately.
- 2. Administer the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10): 10 items on how unpredictable, uncontrollable, and overloaded the last month felt, each scored 0–4; reverse-score the 4 positively worded items and sum to a 0–40 total.
- 3. Administer the brief Purpose-in-Life items (Ryff subscale): agreement statements on having direction and meaning; score per the key.
- 4. Compare the PSS-10 total against population bands (higher = more perceived stress) and the purpose score against norms; note the trend if a prior score exists.
- 5. Coach behavioral levers matched to the result — for stress: sleep, activity, social contact, and a brief daily down-regulation practice; for purpose: a values reflection and one meaningful weekly commitment; frame these as skills, not a cure.
- 6. Record both scores, their bands, and any red flags; sign. Route depression signs or severe/persistent distress to a clinician, and any suicidal ideation to a crisis line / emergency, per the decision rules.
What counts as done
- PSS-10 total (0–40) recorded with the 4 positive items reverse-scored and compared to population bands
- Purpose-in-Life score recorded against norms; trend noted if a prior result exists
- A behavioral coaching plan recorded (a stress down-regulation practice + a purpose/values step), framed as skills not treatment
- Any depression sign / severe distress routed to a clinician and any suicidal ideation routed to a crisis line / emergency, with the referral recorded
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788978647086_har8qgi","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
