Steps

- 3. Label the bin clearly "poultry litter only -- not general compost" so it is never mixed with household food scraps or general yard waste.
- 4. Photograph the completed bin from the matching before vantage and record its bay count and dimensions.
- 5. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water immediately after any contact with the coop, run, litter, or compost, and wear dedicated boots or shoes for this chore that stay outside and never come indoors.
