  1. Observe from the same two public sidewalk points at the same hour weekly.
  2. Count aircraft passes overhead and trucks on the boulevard for ten timed minutes each.
  3. Note odor, haze, dust, wind, and the nearest public air-sensor reading.
  4. Complete one diary sheet per visit and keep the running file.
  5. Photograph the sky line and street from each point plus the sheet, with date and GPS.
