  2. Prep with clean-hands and glove practice, keeping raw and ready-to-eat separate.
  3. Cook to safe temperatures and hold hot food hot until serving.
  4. Serve, then clean all surfaces and store labeled leftovers cold.
  5. Photograph the prep, the temperature check, and the serving line with GPS and date.

What is promised, and what is not
