- Check and log the fridge temperature (40°F or below) at the start of each visit.
- Remove expired or unsafe items and wipe all shelves with food-safe cleaner.
- Restock with rescued produce and shelf-stable goods, dating everything on arrival.
- Note supply gaps and fridge condition on the host's log sheet.
- Photograph the thermometer, the cleaned interior, and the stocked shelves.

What is promised, and what is not
