- Photograph every hazard: broken/heaved sidewalk panels, non-compliant curb ramps, faded crosswalks, missing tree shade.
- GPS-tag each hazard with a severity note (trip risk, ADA blocker, visibility issue).
- Compile the walk into a prioritized fix list for the follow-on doing visits.

The standard this serves
Civic Safety Reporting. Civic safety is the craft of noticing for your neighbors: the burned-out light over a dark corner, the sidewalk lip waiting to trip someone, the overgrown hedge hiding a crosswalk. This standard is documentation and coordination only, no repairs: see the hazard clearly, grade how serious it is, record it with a photo and a place, and route it to the people with the authority to fix it. Mastery looks like a neighborhood where problems are found while they are still small. This packet is one clear-eyed report, and one clear report is how every fix begins.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker.
