Clear leaves and debris from the gutter run by hand from a secured extension ladder, footed by a spotter.
Reseat sagging gutter hangers and reseal leaking joints; reconnect or extend the downspout to discharge at least 4 feet from the foundation.
Run a bucket of water through the system and photograph the clear flow to the corrected discharge point.
