  2. Measure the entry approach and interior doorways against ICC/ANSI A117.1 dimensional references (observe/measure only).
  3. Map the occupant's daily routine (entry, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom) against the flagged hazards.
  4. Deliver a prioritized retrofit plan naming the ramp/handrail follow-on job and its funding paths (Older Americans Act / USDA 504 / state programs).
