  1. Confirm the ramp run/rise ratio (1:12 max) and landing dimensions against ICC/ANSI A117.1 for the specific threshold; photograph the entry as found.
  2. Set footings or a compliant modular ramp base level and secure to the structure per the plan.
  3. Build the ramp deck and handrails to code height with a non-slip surface.
  4. Verify slope, landing size and handrail height with a level and tape, and photograph the finished ramp with the occupant using it.
