  1. Walk the kitchen's waste flow with the caretaker and photograph the current setup.
  2. Place a labeled compost bin at the prep station with simple signage.
  3. Confirm the pickup or on-site composting destination.
  4. Train the meal-prep volunteers on the routine and photograph the finished, signed station.

What is promised, and what is not
