  2. Photograph visible gaps around doors, windows, and vents.
  3. Feel for draughts at floor and ceiling level and note where they're strongest.
  4. Note the heating type and any visible cold spots.
  5. Log the findings for the crew that will do the sealing.

What is promised, and what is not
