All of it: the words, the place, the proof

Replace the lighting with LED at a community building in Compton, CA. The building still runs inefficient fluorescent or incandescent fixtures. A straight LED swap cuts that load at the socket and improves the light.

Fund it for $340. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

$340 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

How this work is done

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. Confirm the swap list with the host from the energy check and count the fixtures within safe reach.
  2. Turn off each fixture, let it cool, and remove the old bulb or tube.
  3. Install the matched LED replacement and confirm it lights correctly.
  4. Box the old bulbs for proper drop-off at a household hazardous waste collection point and record the count.
  5. Photograph each finished fixture lit, the boxed old bulbs, and the drop-off receipt with date and GPS.

What counts as done

  • Before and after photos of at least five fixtures
  • Photo of boxed old bulbs with a written count
  • GPS-tagged photo of the finished main room lit, with date

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Energy Efficiency Audit. Energy efficiency work begins with the walkthrough audit, the kind the ASHRAE standard describes: a trained eye moving through a building, reading the bills, the walls, the lights, and the equipment, and coming out with the short list of fixes worth doing first. Mastery looks like an auditor who can feel where a building is bleeding money within the hour, and prove it on paper. That instinct is trained by repetition on real buildings. This packet is one repetition: one system observed, one reading taken, one finding recorded the way the standard asks.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1789361264806_rn3vytm","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.

Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
