Steps
- Get the resident's invitation and close all exterior doors and windows.
- Set up the blower door fan in the main entry doorway per equipment instructions.
- Run the fan to depressurize the home to the standard test pressure.
- Walk the interior with a smoke pencil or hand to locate active leak points.
- Log each leak point by location and relative severity.
- Photograph the test setup and the logged leak list.

What is promised, and what is not
