Steps
- Walk the assigned alley and side-street set and photograph every dump pile with a wide shot and a close-up.
- Pin each pile's location and rough contents on the log sheet: furniture, construction debris, green waste, bags.
- Submit each site through the county's reporting app or hotline and record the report number.
- Mark repeat locations from prior logs.
- Photograph the completed log sheet with date and GPS at the final site.
