  1. Photograph the inlet as found and record GPS.
  2. Set cones at the work zone; work from the lot surface only, never enter or reach into the drain structure.
  3. Clear debris and litter from the grate and apron; bag it with green waste separated.
  4. Photograph the cleared inlet from matching vantage, pour a bucket of clean water to show flow, and report any damage to the city.
