Steps
- After a rain event, visit each invited home and walk the yard with the host.
- Tip out and remove or invert every water-holding container; drill drainage holes in kept containers with consent.
- Mark low spots that pond repeatedly and discuss simple fill or grading with the host for a future visit.
- List any ponded area too large to fix by hand for a report to county vector control.
- Photograph cleared sources and the tally sheet with GPS and date.
