Steps
- Work from the current survey list and take only piles matching the safe categories: furniture, bagged household trash, yard debris, tires.
- Load piles with gloves and a helper, keeping the load covered for transport.
- Deliver to the Metro transfer station and keep the disposal receipt.
- Leave each site broom-clean.
- Photograph each site before and after and the disposal receipt, GPS-tagged and dated.

The standard this serves
Community Needs Intake. What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage.
