Steps
- Confirm the tenant's or owner's invitation and find drafts with the back of a hand on a windy day.
- Photograph each leak point before sealing.
- Apply removable-rated weatherstrip and door sweeps at doors, and rope caulk or film at the leakiest windows.
- Fit foam gaskets behind outlet covers on exterior walls.
- Confirm every door and window still opens and latches.
- Photograph each sealed point with date and address block.
