  1. Confirm the property invitation and walk the yard with the resident.
  2. Photograph each standing-water source found: containers, saucers, tires, clogged gutters at ground reach, tarps.
  3. Tip out, remove, flip, or drill drainage in each container source; clear reachable gutter clogs.
  4. Advise the resident on the weekly tip-and-toss habit with a simple card.
  5. Photograph each corrected source and log the count.
