  2. Photograph each leak point before work.
  3. Install window shrink film, door weatherstrip and sweeps, and outlet gaskets on exterior walls.
  4. Keep all materials clear of stoves, flues, and heaters.
  5. Confirm doors and windows still operate.
  6. Photograph each installed measure with date and address block.

What is promised, and what is not
