- Walk the building with a hand on the wall to feel for draft at outlets, rim joists, and top plates.
- Seal the located gaps with caulk, foam, or gasket material, largest leaks first.
- Add or top up insulation batts or loose-fill where the sealed cavities are now exposed.
- Re-run the blower door, log the before and after reading, and photograph the sealed areas.
