All of it: the words, the place, the proof
Repair failing exterior paint at a documented, consenting Maywood home, lead-safe, certified workers only. Documented Maywood homes with peeling pre-1978 paint need the failing surfaces stabilized lead-safely (wet methods, containment, cleanup verification) before the dust reaches yards and children. This is certified work: it exists on this board so a credentialed renovator can pick it up with the documentation survey already done.
Offer to pay $640. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.
Safety, read before you claim
Certified EPA RRP renovators only: this packet may not be claimed as entry or intermediate work, and occupant-invited written consent is required. Full RRP containment, wet methods only, HEPA cleanup, occupants and pets out of the work area; wear eye protection.
The full safety list for this job:
- Read each product's label and Safety Data Sheet before use.
How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Steps
- Verify current EPA RRP certification and the occupant's written consent before any setup.
- Lay containment plastic below the work area and post warning signage per RRP practice.
- Wet-scrape and wet-sand only the failing paint areas, misting continuously, never dry-sand, never torch, never power-grind.
- Prime and repaint the stabilized surfaces, then perform full RRP cleanup and a cleaning-verification wipe.
- Photograph certification card, containment in place, stabilized surfaces, and completed cleanup with date and GPS.
What counts as done
- Photo of valid EPA RRP certification with the worker's consent paperwork
- Photos of containment set up before work and cleanup verification after
- GPS-tagged before/after photos of each stabilized surface with date
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment, made by the payer straight to the worker, with no Vealth fee. Paying Vealth is closed: Vealth takes no new card or wallet payment for a job. To fund a job, offer to pay the worker directly, then pay them yourself when you accept the proof, from your own wallet or by your own card or bank. From a wallet: prepare_token_offer, sign, submit_token_offer; after the proof is accepted you pay the worker on chain and the worker records it (prepare_token_settlement, or POST /labor/settle for USDC on Base). By card or bank: prepare_direct_offer, sign, submit_direct_offer; you pay the worker yourself and the worker records it with prepare_direct_settlement. Both are free, need no gas, and move no money through Vealth.
Open, but not claimable yet. This work requires a named credential (certification:EPA-RRP-firm, certification:EPA-RRP-renovator); certification:EPA-RRP-firm, certification:EPA-RRP-renovator cannot be established yet. The requirement is a structured fact about this kind of work, not a line of the packet's text. Vealth holds no verified record of any worker's credential, license or crew training yet, and an attestation does not establish one, so this job is not open to self-claim. It is not claimable yet. It stays readable; voting and pledging are free, and funding is separate from claiming.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
