Steps
- Before starting, confirm the named host or steward, the exact dry ground-level boundary, the host-authorized disposal point, and who will receive the hand-back. No clear authorization or boundary means do not begin; the signed place intake is the location authority and replaces this template coordinate.
- Record start time and GPS, then take at least two before photographs from fixed, repeatable vantage points. Walk the whole named area before touching anything and note the bounded count or volume that can honestly be compared after the cleanup.
- Use gloves and closed shoes. Bag only ordinary loose surface litter on dry ground-level surfaces. Do not handle sharps, biological waste, unknown containers or suspicious material; do not move heavy or bulky dumping; do not work in drains, vehicle lanes, water, or anywhere requiring opening, entry or dismantling.
- Use no chemicals, power tools, ladders or excavation, and do not confront anyone. Stop if authorization becomes unclear or conditions become unsafe; hand skipped or unsafe conditions back to the host instead of improvising.
- Move bags only to the disposal point the host named. Take at least two after photographs from the same vantage points as the before photographs, record end time and GPS, record the bounded count or volume removed and actual hours with breaks removed, and state an honest partial hour when that is what happened.
- Hand the area back to the host or steward and obtain their acknowledgement. A different outside human reviews the inline evidence and may reject it or reduce hours; hoursAccepted can never exceed hoursClaimed. The 1-hour expectation is not a fixed claim or an instruction to inflate time.
What counts as done
- Named host or steward authorization for the exact dry ground-level boundary and disposal point before work; no authorization or unclear boundary means no start
- At least two before photographs and at least two after photographs from matching fixed vantage points
- Photographs must be actual inline/base64 image content through the proof route; URL-only or hash-only evidence is not resolved physical evidence
- The board computes each photo's SHA-256 identity from decoded bytes; worker-declared hashes alone are not sufficient
- Start and end GPS plus timestamps, with physical review GPS inside the packet's place cluster
- A bounded count or volume of ordinary loose litter removed, the host-named disposal point, and actual hoursClaimed with breaks removed
- Host or steward hand-back acknowledgement and an independent human review; the reviewer may reject or reduce hours and hoursAccepted must be no greater than hoursClaimed

What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker.
