- 3. Sketch the property showing the house, the approximate tank location, the drainfield boundary, and nearby fixed reference points such as a fence corner, a tree, or the driveway, so the sketch can guide someone back to the same spot.
- 4. Photograph the sketch alongside the yard it maps and give a copy to the resident.

- Confirmation that the resident received a copy of the finished sketch
