The standard this serves
Michelin Craft, Star-Caliber Leadership. A Michelin star is not a prize for fancy food. It rewards years of consistency: a kitchen where every plate, every night, meets the same exacting mark, increasingly with sourcing that would make a farmer proud. Mastery at this level means leading a team, teaching hands, and holding the standard when the room is full and the clock is unkind. Nobody starts there. Everyone starts where this packet starts: one task, one spec, one honest record of how it went. A star is thousands of such records, stacked patiently over years.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker.
