The standard this serves

Living Building Challenge, Place Petal. The Place Petal asks a building to belong to its ground: grow food where it stands, shelter the small wild lives that were there first, and join the neighborhood instead of paving over it. Mastery looks like a lot where vegetable beds share the sun with native shrubs, feeding people and birds from the same soil. Nobody arrives at that whole in one season. You arrive by planting one bed, tending one strip of ground, learning one street's habits of light and water. This packet is one of those honest first plantings.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage.
