What counts as done
- Dated photo log of the retrofit from scope to close-out, minimum 6 weeks span, weekly entries
- GPS waypoint confirming the site address for every dated entry
- Energy/water net-positive evidence (pre/post meter readings or utility data)
- Red List materials log naming every product and substitution used
- Trade-sequence + sign-off record naming each subcontractor and completion date
- Named third-party sign-off: an LBC-credentialed reviewer or licensed building inspector confirming the petals claimed

The standard this serves
Living Building Challenge, Full Certification. Full certification is the summit of the Living Building Challenge: one building meeting every petal at once, energy, water, materials, health, place, equity, beauty, and proving it with a year of measured performance rather than promises. Only a few hundred buildings on Earth have done it. Up close, that achievement is a thousand ordinary details held together: a sealed gap, a swapped fixture, an honest reading written down. This packet is one of those details, done properly and recorded. Summits are climbed by people who take small steps seriously.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker.
