- Confirm facilities-committee consent, the exact community-garden name and street address, the agreeing contact, and GPS before setup.
- Photograph the approved garden location before setup.
- Put on standard gloves and install rodent-resistant, source-separated compost hardware at the consented location.
- Post a readable sign listing accepted and excluded materials and photograph the sign separately.
- Walk the named volunteers through the routine and record names and count.
- Weigh the first compost batch at the point of generation, record date, material stream, and weight, and route it to the approved compost outlet.
- Photograph the completed station and attach the after photo, first-batch record, exact-site record, and GPS.
