Steps
- 1. Confirm the slope segment and access route with Texas Parks and Wildlife staff and photograph the bare, eroding fire scarred slope before starting.
- 2. Rope up and anchor for the steep grade, then hand place straw wattles or erosion control matting across the slope contour, hand tools only, no power equipment.
