- Take a before flow-rate reading of the first fixture the audit flagged.
- Shut off the local supply valve at that fixture using hand tools.
- Remove the old fixture and install a certified WaterSense-labeled aerator or valve.
- Photograph the installed fixture.
- Take an after flow-rate reading confirming it meets WaterSense spec.
- Repeat the before reading, the shutoff, the install, the photo and the after reading for each remaining flagged fixture.
- Record the before and after flow-rate readings, the fixture photos, the GPS location and the host confirmation as the proof.
