All of it: the words, the place, the proof

Document the basement moisture at a 600 block of E Indiana Avenue, Kensington, Philadelphia, PA 19134 home, no disturbance. The basement at a home on 600 block of E Indiana Avenue, Kensington, Philadelphia, PA 19134 smells damp and shows staining after every hard rain; before anyone touches it, the moisture source and extent need a documented, hands-off picture, this is document-only, never a sample or a scrub.

Fund it for $260. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof
photo-documented moisture-source checklist + GPS, no sampling or disturbance

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Bring

  • camera
  • pin/pinless moisture meter
  • hygrometer (indoor relative humidity by room)
  • flashlight (attic/crawl/basement/under-sink)
  • tape measure (visible-mold extent vs the EPA 10-sq-ft threshold)
  • N95 respirator + nitrile gloves (surveyor protection, no disturbance)

Steps

  1. 1. Start with the household's experience: where it smells musty, who has symptoms, when it started, what flooding/leak history the home has. Their answers target the survey: this is their claim of a dry, breathable home.
  2. 2. Hunt moisture sources room by room and in attic/crawl/basement: active leaks (roof, plumbing, windows), condensation surfaces, grade/drainage problems at the foundation, bath/kitchen/dryer exhaust termination, and HVAC condensate; photograph each and take moisture-meter readings at suspect assemblies.
  3. 3. Record indoor relative humidity by room (target <60%, ideally 30-50% per EPA) and note dehumidification or ventilation gaps.
  4. 4. Document visible mold WITHOUT disturbing it: location, surface/material, and measured extent per patch, classed against the EPA threshold (under ~10 sq ft = careful DIY-cleanable per EPA guidance; over = professional remediation).
  5. 5. Build the moisture-first sequence: fix the water FIRST (each source mapped to the right trade: roofer, plumber, drainage), then dry, then remediate, then rebuild; mark what the household can safely do (small-area cleanup per EPA steps, humidity control) vs what routes to pros.
  6. 6. Enter photos, GPS/address, the moisture-source map, humidity/moisture readings, the mold extent inventory, and the sequenced plan; sign. Real (found and measured), Proven (photo+GPS+signature), One-of-one (this home's water, this family's air).

What counts as done

  • Photo-documented checklist of moisture sources (cracks, sump, grading, staining) observed from a safe distance
  • Note of any suspect growth photographed but never touched or sampled
  • Occupant acknowledgment + the named follow-on sealing job

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1790777217325_lhyptk8","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.

Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
