  1. Photograph the existing hand-water or overhead-spray setup on the bed before starting.
  2. Shut off the irrigation valve before cutting into the line.
  3. Lay the drip line to each plant needing water and set an emitter at each plant's root zone.
  4. Count the emitters installed and record the count.
  5. Turn the irrigation valve back on and test the system pressure and flow.
  6. Confirm the system runs with no leaks.
  7. Photograph the installed drip line from the same vantage as the before photo.
  8. Record the before/after photos, emitter count and pressure/flow check with GPS as the job's proof.
