Choose native or adapted plants suited to the site and plant them along the graded swale bed, photographing the planting as it goes in.
Photograph the finished, graded and planted swale as the after picture.
Run water into the finished swale and photograph or film it at intervals through the 24 to 48 hour window to show how it drains.
Confirm no standing water remains once the window closes and record that result.
Assemble the before and after photos, GPS record, slope log, plant list, planting photos and infiltration record as the proof submission.
