All of it: the words, the place, the proof

Swap the remaining incandescent lamps to LED in a Concow Road home (home 1). Off the hill, a kilowatt is cheap; up here on a fixed income it is not. A like-for-like LED swap cuts the bill the month it happens -- no license needed for a lamp swap, and the definition says so plainly.

Fund it for $240. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

Pay
$240 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

How this work is done

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. Get the occupant's consent before starting work in the home this job's title names.
  2. Walk through the home and identify every remaining incandescent lamp.
  3. Photograph each lamp and its fixture as found, organized by room.
  4. Remove each old lamp and install a like-for-like LED replacement matched in base and wattage.
  5. Flag any fixture that would need rewiring instead of a straight lamp swap, and leave it for later.
  6. Photograph representative fixtures lit with their new LED lamps.
  7. Count the total lamps swapped by room.
  8. Record the total lamp count as the completed proof for this home, with the GPS location.

What counts as done

  • Photo inventory of lamps replaced (count by room)
  • After photo of representative fixtures lit
  • Note: total lamps swapped; any fixture needing rewiring flagged and left to a C-10 licensed electrician

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Energy Efficiency Audit. Energy efficiency work begins with the walkthrough audit, the kind the ASHRAE standard describes: a trained eye moving through a building, reading the bills, the walls, the lights, and the equipment, and coming out with the short list of fixes worth doing first. Mastery looks like an auditor who can feel where a building is bleeding money within the hour, and prove it on paper. That instinct is trained by repetition on real buildings. This packet is one repetition: one system observed, one reading taken, one finding recorded the way the standard asks.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1790811564807_uuuqkcn","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

Open, but not claimable yet. restricted: regulated. Regulated or permit-required work cannot be claimed on this rail yet. It stays readable; voting and pledging are free, and funding is separate from claiming.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.

Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
