Install WaterSense aerators and showerheads.
A worker swaps a showerhead for a WaterSense fixture at the former mill-town core and community gathering area, turning full-force spray into a low-flow stream. Read all of it
Not funded yet. Settles as earned credit, $250 proposed.
Proof it takes, the deadline, the level
- Proofbefore/after fixture photos + GPS + flow note
- Open until2026-10-30

All of it: the words, the place, the proof
Install WaterSense aerators and showerheads at a home near the core, Feather Falls. Tank-stored water makes every gallon count twice, especially in the dry months when the haul truck is the backup. A like-for-like WaterSense swap is the cheapest standing cut to the draw -- no license needed for the swap, and the definition says where the licensed line is.
Fund it for $250. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Steps
- For each titled home, obtain occupant consent before starting the work.
- Photograph each existing aerator or showerhead and record its rated gpm.
- Remove only the like-for-like aerator or showerhead with hand tools.
- Install a WaterSense-labeled like-for-like aerator or showerhead.
- Record each fixture swapped and its rated gpm before and after installation.
- Photograph every installed WaterSense fixture and record the GPS position.
- Stop and leave anything behind the wall untouched, then route it to a C-36 licensed plumber.
What counts as done
- Before photo of each fixture as found
- After photo of each installed WaterSense fixture
- Note: fixtures swapped + rated gpm before/after; anything behind the wall flagged and left to a C-36 licensed plumber
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
The standard this serves
Water Efficiency. Water efficiency is the quiet discipline of wasting nothing indoors. The EPA's WaterSense program sets the marks: how many gallons a minute a faucet should pass, how to find the leak that runs a toilet all night, how a household's water bill tells a story. Mastery looks like an auditor who can walk a home in an hour and find every hidden gallon. The skill is built one fixture at a time, which is exactly what this packet asks: measure one flow, find one leak, record one truth about where the water goes.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1790811838427_frtv2e5","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Open, but not claimable yet. restricted: regulated. Regulated or permit-required work cannot be claimed on this rail yet. It stays readable; voting and pledging are free, and funding is separate from claiming.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
