How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- accredited-lab requisition (serum B12 + folate; MMA + homocysteine reflex if B12 is borderline)
- chain-of-custody label
- note on metformin/PPI/H2-blocker use, dietary pattern (vegan/vegetarian/omnivore), and any neurological symptoms
Steps
- 1. Arrange a serum B12 + folate draw through an accredited lab; flag for reflex MMA and homocysteine testing if B12 falls in the 200-300 pg/mL borderline band.
- 2. Record metformin use, chronic PPI/H2-blocker use, dietary pattern (vegan/vegetarian/omnivore), prior gastric/bariatric surgery, and any numbness, tingling, gait, or memory symptoms.
- 3. Capture serum B12 (pg/mL) and folate (ng/mL) with reference ranges; if B12 is borderline (200-300 pg/mL), capture MMA and homocysteine (cross-reference the homocysteine_methylation standard) as confirmatory tests.
- 4. Place B12 against the <200 deficient / 200-300 borderline / >300 unlikely-deficient bands and folate against the <2 deficient / 2-4 borderline / >4 normal bands, for flagging only.
- 5. Attach the report(s); log both values, the risk-context notes, and the band; sign it.
What counts as done
- Serum B12 and folate from an accredited lab, with the units the lab used and the lab's own reference ranges (pg/mL or pmol/L; never converted or re-banded by the packet)
- Metformin, chronic PPI/H2-blocker use, dietary pattern (vegan/vegetarian/omnivore), and any neurological symptoms recorded
- For a borderline B12 (200-300 pg/mL), MMA and homocysteine captured as confirmatory tests before any deficiency flag
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1790833036918_9lohk8e","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
