Safety, read before you claim
On the contractor's crew with its badge, inside its own safety program, never an outside inspector past the airfield fence or in any badge-controlled area. Stop-work severity items are flagged to the supervisor immediately, not saved for the report; wear eye protection and a hi-vis vest near traffic.

- Read the site-specific safety plan before setting foot on the crew's work area.
- Round the work against the plan clause by clause: is each promised control actually in place where that work is happening today.
- Round the site against the work: is anything underway that the plan never anticipated, a new trade, a new phase, a rented machine.
- Record each mismatch in both directions with a photo and the plan clause it fails.
- Grade nothing; record everything. The output is the mismatch list, not a score.
- Deliver the mismatch list to the supervisor by name and flag which items are stop-work severity.

- The delivery record naming who received it, GPS inside the posting radius

What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage, plus one Vealth service fee of 10% shown apart; the worker is paid the whole wage.
