All of it: the words, the place, the proof
Turn the week's near misses into one trend sheet an LAX airport construction crew can read. Near misses are the cheapest safety data a site will ever get, and most sites throw them away: reported verbally, logged nowhere, never counted, so the same almost-accident repeats until it lands.
Fund it for $45. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.
Safety, read before you claim
On the contractor's crew with its badge, inside its own safety program, never an outside inspector past the airfield fence or in any badge-controlled area. Names of workers stay off the posted sheet; the trend is about causes and places, never people.
How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Steps
- Collect the period's raw record: incident reports, near-miss slips, first-aid log entries, and what the foremen remember but never wrote down.
- Enter every event into one sheet: what happened, where on the site, what trade, what time of day, what control failed or was missing.
- Count the events by cause, location, and trade, and name the top recurring cause in plain words.
- Write the one-page trend sheet a crew can read at the gate: the counts, the top cause, and the one change that would cut it.
- Post the sheet where the crew gathers and photograph it posted.
- Hand the underlying sheet to the supervisor so the record survives the week.
What counts as done
- The full event sheet with every period event entered
- The one-page trend sheet naming the top recurring cause
- Photo of the trend sheet posted where the crew gathers, GPS inside the posting radius
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage, plus one Vealth service fee of 10% shown apart; the worker is paid the whole wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1792802424915_qvrky9v","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
