All of it: the words, the place, the proof

Run the emergency drill on an LAX airport construction crew's site and close the gaps it shows. A plan that has never been drilled is a guess. The drill is where the locked exit, the dead phone number, and the muster point nobody can find get discovered while nobody is hurt.

Fund it for $75. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.

$75 proposed

This job is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price, not money held for the worker. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof
timed stage record + reconciled headcount + the owned gap list

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

The creator wallet. Its signature is what approves proof and settles the wage.

Safety, read before you claim

On the contractor's crew with its badge, inside its own safety program, never an outside inspector past the airfield fence or in any badge-controlled area. No smoke, no props, no simulated casualties; the drill tests movement and communication only.

The full safety list for this job:

  • Wear eye protection and a hi-vis vest near traffic.
How this work is done

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. Schedule the drill with the crew's own supervisor so work can pause safely; never surprise an active lift or energized task.
  2. Run the drill per the posted emergency action plan: alarm, evacuation, muster, headcount.
  3. Time each stage and note where movement actually broke down against where the plan said it would flow.
  4. Take the headcount at muster and reconcile it against the sign-in sheet.
  5. Write the gap list: what failed, who owns each fix, by when.
  6. Debrief the crew on the spot while the drill is fresh, and hand the gap list to the supervisor by name.

What counts as done

  • The timed record of each drill stage
  • The muster headcount reconciled against the sign-in sheet
  • The gap list with a named owner per fix, GPS inside the posting radius

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage, plus one Vealth service fee of 10% shown apart; the worker is paid the whole wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1792802451078_1biubk7","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.

Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
