All of it: the words, the place, the proof

Run the morning toolbox talk matched to today's work on an LAX airport construction crew. A toolbox talk read off a generic card teaches nothing. The talk that prevents an injury is the one about the concrete pour happening today, the heat coming this afternoon, and the near miss from Tuesday.

Fund it for $40. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.

Pay
$40 proposed

This job is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price, not money held for the worker. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof
the day-specific talk sheet + signed attendance + photo at the gathering point

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

The creator wallet. Its signature is what approves proof and settles the wage.

Safety, read before you claim

On the contractor's crew with its badge, inside its own safety program, never an outside inspector past the airfield fence or in any badge-controlled area. A talk that runs long or generic loses the crew it exists to protect.

How this work is done

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. Read today's task plan and the latest trend sheet the night before or at the gate.
  2. Write the five-minute talk to today: the tasks actually scheduled, the weather actually coming, the top trend cause actually recurring.
  3. Lead the talk at the gathering point; ask one question back to the crew and take one question from them.
  4. Pass the attendance sheet and collect every signature.
  5. Photograph the topic board or talk sheet and the signed attendance sheet.
  6. Note the crew's question and answer on the talk sheet; that is next week's material.

What counts as done

  • The talk sheet showing it was written to today's tasks and conditions
  • The signed attendance sheet
  • Photo at the gathering point, GPS inside the posting radius

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage, plus one Vealth service fee of 10% shown apart; the worker is paid the whole wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1792802457617_c0xt5us","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.

Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
