All of it: the words, the place, the proof
Run the safety lead for an LAX airport grounds stewardship day: native planting and habitat upkeep along the landside perimeter. Planting days, cleanup days, and defensible-space days put willing hands next to real hazards, heat, tools, traffic, terrain, with nobody assigned to safety. Construction solved this with a role; stewardship work deserves the same role.
Fund it for $60. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.
Safety, read before you claim
On the contractor's landscaping crew with its badge, inside the program's own safety plan, never an outside inspector past the airfield fence or in any badge-controlled area. The stop call stands even when the day's goal is unmet.
How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Steps
- Write the job hazard analysis for the day's tasks before anyone arrives: tools in use, terrain, traffic, heat forecast, nearest emergency department by address and drive time.
- Set the first-aid point and water station before the briefing, stocked and visible.
- Lead the opening safety briefing: the day's hazards, the PPE that answers each, the muster word, and who to find when something happens.
- Check PPE at the start and rounds through the day; correct gaps as found.
- Make the heat and weather call at set times and adjust the work or stop it; the call is the safety lead's alone.
- Log anything that happens, including the near misses, and close the day with a two-minute debrief.
What counts as done
- The job hazard analysis written before the event, dated
- Photo of the briefing and the stocked first-aid point
- The day's safety log: PPE checks, weather calls, and any events, GPS inside the posting radius
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage, plus one Vealth service fee of 10% shown apart; the worker is paid the whole wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1792802464171_vx00lf9","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
