A sealed, multi-crew daily safety logbook: inspection logs, toolbox-talk sign-ins, JHAs, photos; each day's record locked the day it happens, so an auditor years later can trust the timestamps instead of the binder. Security-tested (38 automated checks), simple sign-in, nothing for a crew to learn.
Real work, funded and verified: a worker claims a bounded task, proves it with photo + GPS + signature, and settlement is recorded permanently on a public ledger (first packet settled July 2026, independently checkable). The same discipline safety documentation deserves.
The review you're reading isn't a one-off.
