Evidenced brief · 4 findings · credit-first

Four findings on Charm Industrial: credit-first.

Frontier's first offtake ever, a real llms.txt most CDR-supplier sites don't bother with, a missing agent-card manifest, and the field-labor angle around a bio-oil injection site.

Not affiliated EcoWealth is not a member, buyer, supplier, applicant, employee, contractor, or advisor of Charm Industrial or Frontier Climate, and has made no contact with either. Every deal figure below traces to Frontier Climate's own public offtake announcement (frontierclimate.com/writing/first-offtake), independently re-verified in EcoWealth's own research, not from any private or non-public data.

The bottom line, in plain English

No jargon — what the one real fix below is worth to Charm in plain terms.

Add the action file to the agent text you already publish → an AI can represent Charm, not just read about it

You already ship the file an assistant reads first — rare — but there's no machine profile that lets it act, so a removal buyer's or partner's AI can describe Charm but can't yet use or transact with it; adding that one file turns a read-only mention into a usable front door for the exact audience starting to screen suppliers.

You're the only durable-CDR supplier here shipping a real agent file → you're one small step from complete machine-legibility

Being first to publish an agent-readable file is a genuine head start; finishing the machine layer is one manifest, not a rebuild — and it lands right as buyers' assistants begin sizing up removal suppliers and quoting whoever they can actually read.

Findings

Credit-first: real capability and honesty are named before any gap. Every claim below carries a plain reverify command — run it yourself.

CREDIT

Frontier's first-ever offtake, real economics

$53.0M for 112,000 tonnes over 2024–2030, an implied $473/tonne: Frontier Climate's inaugural offtake deal, announced May 2023, still live on Frontier's own announcement page.

CREDIT

A real, substantial llms.txt (the file AI assistants read first): rare

charmindustrial.com/llms.txt returns HTTP 200 with 6,302 bytes of real content, and robots.txt returns a real, hand-sized 372-byte file. Charm is the only durable-CDR supplier we've reviewed shipping a genuine agent-discovery text file.

GAP

No agent-card (the file that lets an AI assistant use a service correctly) or x402 (a web-native way for AI agents to pay per use) manifest

/.well-known/agent-card.json returns a true HTTP 404 (36,211 bytes), matching a nonsense path at the same /.well-known/ prefix (36,227 bytes) within normal page-noise variance: an honest 404, not a soft-200 deception, but no A2A/x402 manifest exists despite the llms.txt effort found above.

CONTEXT

Bio-oil injection runs on field logistics, not just chemistry

The pathway's actual bottleneck-adjacent work (residue collection, hauling, well-site monitoring, and post-injection land restoration) is bounded, repeatable field labor, the exact shape EWP packet-prices today (Base mainnet, fund→claim→prove→settle).

The honest EWP intersection

What provable field labor looks like around a bio-oil injection site

Charm Industrial does not need EcoWealth: nothing here claims a relationship, a gap in their operations, or a pitch. What follows is a concept: the bounded, photo+GPS+signature-proven field tasks EWP already prices per-packet, mapped onto the kind of physical plant/field work a bio-oil injection operation runs day to day.

Concept only: not a proposal to Charm Industrial, not a claim they lack this capability internally, and not evidence any EWP packet has ever been posted for this pathway. EWP's own proof (photo+GPS+one-time signature) is a task-completion layer, not a carbon-quantification or registry-issuance layer; durable-CDR crediting requires accredited MRV far heavier than a single field packet, as EcoWealth's own Carbonfuture recon (2026-07-16) already found in detail.

Straight about what this is: passive recon only — no contact, no signup, no application, no transaction with Charm Industrial or Frontier Climate. EWP's live proof lifecycle (fund → claim → prove via photo+GPS+signature → approve → on-chain settlement) runs today on Base mainnet, contract 0x76c17C…A14B — cited here as context for what "provable field labor" means, not as a claim about Charm Industrial's own verification stack.
