Independent concept note · Not affiliated with Gold Standard · Unlisted

Gold Standard already quantifies impact across 16 categories beyond carbon. EWP's field receipt is built to feed exactly that model.

Gold Standard for the Global Goals is the only major registry whose core product is explicitly multi-outcome: SDG Impact Quantification methodologies spanning GHG, health, water, and waste categories, not carbon alone. This is an independent, unaffiliated look at that model, and a concept note on what a photo-and-GPS-gated field receipt could offer a Gold Standard-accredited VVB one layer beneath the impact-quantification report it already reviews.

The whole thing, plainly Gold Standard already measures more than carbon: health, water, waste, and more, all in one report. We think our proof receipts (photo, GPS location, signature) could sit as one layer of evidence underneath those reports, this page explains the idea and shows the sourcing. There's no ask: nothing here has been sent to Gold Standard, and it's shared only if we later choose to.
Not affiliated, stated plainly, every page This package is independent, unsolicited recon by EcoWealth Corporation. It was not requested, produced, reviewed, or endorsed by Gold Standard. No partnership, adoption, or relationship of any kind is claimed. Nothing here has been sent to Gold Standard or anyone else, it is staged locally, noindex, unlisted, and shared only if the operator later chooses to.
Read this first: method. Passive reads only: Gold Standard's own public pages, a same-host robots.txt/sitemap check, and a same-host soft-404/true-404 control probe (a nonsense path fetched on the same host to distinguish a real not-found from a soft-catch). No login, no registration, no scraping behind any paywall, no state-changing call anywhere. Captured 2026-07-16.

4 facts, credit-first

Real credit is due where it's due. Each fact below was fetched directly for this note, the brief has the exact URL, quote, and (where applicable) the reproducible command.

Multi-outcome by design
SDG Impact Quantification spans 16+ methodology categories (GHG, aDALY health outcomes, water, waste, soil carbon), "multiple methodologies may be applied in one project," Gold Standard's own words.
Clean Cooking CCP-confirmed
ICVCM specifically confirmed Gold Standard's Clean Cooking methodologies as CCP-Eligible, a named, credit-first methodology approval, not a blanket program pass.
Real robots.txt + sitemap, honest agent gap
goldstandard.org ships a genuine robots.txt and sitemap.xml (the files that tell search engines what to index), but llms.txt (the file AI assistants read first) and the other agent-discovery files all true-404 identically ("Error 404 | GS"), matching a nonsense-path control byte-for-byte in template.
2026: non-Paris-aligned methodologies retiring
Gold Standard is actively updating every methodology to Paris Agreement alignment, with PA-Aligned versions required for all vintage-2026 issuances, a live, in-progress integrity tightening, not settled history.
Capability brief

Gold Standard's multi-outcome model, sourced, then one layer down

The SDG Impact Quantification framework, the Clean Cooking CCP confirmation, the agent-discovery probe, and the honest EWP-intersection finding: quantification happens at the impact-report level, not the field-task level.

Read the brief

The proof stack this note draws on (live today)

EWP contract 0x76c17C…A14B settles real-world ecological labor on Base mainnet: funded work packet → claimed → proof (photo + GPS + signature) → approved → on-chain settlement. Gold Standard's SDG Impact Quantification already treats a project's contribution as multi-dimensional (carbon + health + water + waste), which is the same instinct behind EWP's own three-ladder library (Build/LBC, Grow&Cook/Michelin, Restore/SDG). But both systems still quantify at the level of an aggregated impact report reviewed by a VVB, EWP's photo+GPS+signature+on-chain-settlement receipt is proposed as a per-task evidence layer a Gold Standard VVB could consume beneath that report, not a competing quantification methodology.

What this proposes, and what it doesn't

Not a partnership pitch, not outreach, not a request for anything. Gold Standard runs an accredited, multi-outcome registry; nothing here asks Gold Standard to adopt, review, or partner on anything.
What it is: a genuine look at how SDG Impact Quantification already measures more than carbon, and an honest note on what a funded, proof-gated field-labor receipt could add beneath it, never a claim that EWP issues GSVERs or replaces any Gold Standard methodology.
Scope, stated honestly: EWP doesn't run an SDG Impact Quantification methodology, doesn't map its packets to aDALYs or GSVERs today, and isn't accredited by Gold Standard. The comparison is about evidence discipline underneath quantification, not competing methodology.
Gold Standard already asks 'which SDGs, how much' at the project level. EWP already asks 'which task, by whom, where, proven how' at the packet level, the same multi-outcome instinct, one layer further down.
