We shape it into a priced packetThe task, the proof rule, and the price, in the open where you can argue with any of it before committing.

Fund it, and someone claims itA worker takes the packet at the stated terms. If nobody funds a packet, approved proof still earns provable credit, and the packet says so up front.

Proof is reviewed, then it settlesEvidence against the rule written in step two. Settlement writes the receipt, and the receipt outlives the season's menu.

People still decide, do, review, and approve real-world work; Vealth shapes the task, holds the proof standard, and keeps the receipt.
