EcoWealth×Skanska Work Protocol · a working preview

Agent-coordinated ESG proof & work packets · concept demo

One protocol, two moments: an ESG question answered, and a work packet coordinated.

Below is the same Ecological Work Protocol, run twice, in Skanska's own blue. Act 1: an investor's AI asks for project-level ESG proof and gets a citation, not a PDF hunt. Act 2: a Skanska project lead funds a small ecological work packet and it's routed to a subcontractor already in Skanska's own network, proof-verified, paid, and fed straight back into the report Act 1 just read from.

An investor's diligence AI · querying Skanska + EcoWealth Agent Kit
Investor's AI → concierge"I'm underwriting a stake tied to a Skanska project. Do you have verified low-carbon proof for it, project by project, not just the group PDF?"

✓ Concierge → investor's AI

Yes. Project record cites SBTi-aligned scope 1/2 pathway, method reference, and 3 settled ecological work packets with photo+GPS+tCO2e proof for this site. Full citation trail attached, no PDF required.

The exchange above is what's possible once this data is structured. Today, without it, an investor's AI hits a PDF wall here and can't produce a citation like this on its own.

This isn't a distant idea. Investor and owner diligence is already starting to route through AI, and the difference between winning that moment and losing it is whether your data is legible to the tool doing the asking.

Where this stands today

Skanska's ESG substance is real and strong: SBTi-accredited 1.5°C target, FT Climate Leader four years running, a green-building portfolio most GCs can't match. But as of this review, it lives entirely in the Annual and Sustainability Report PDF: no API, no project-level structured data, no llms.txt, no agent card. The question isn't whether the work is good. It's whether an AI acting for an investor, owner, or client can cite it without a human in the loop.

What the protocol actually does

1 Structured project + ESG data

Cited, not summarized

Certification status, tCO2e baseline/actual, method reference, per project, with a citation trail an AI can hand to a human who wants to check it.

2 Funded, proof-verified work packets

Photo + GPS + method, every time

Ecological/field-compliance scope: erosion control, native re-vegetation, waste-stream diversion, funded, claimed, proven, and settled through EWP, live on Base mainnet today.

3 Runs through your existing network

Same prequal bar, new packet type

Packets route to subcontractors already vetted in Skanska's own program, no new vendor onboarding, no bypassing the prequal process that already exists.

4 Feeds the report it started from

The loop closes

Every settled packet's tCO2e outcome writes back into the project's ESG record, so the next investor's AI has one more citation than the last.

This demo is illustrative. The Agent Kit is not, it's the real file shapes EcoWealth would propose running alongside Skanska's public data, on EcoWealth infrastructure, during a pilot.

No live Skanska data, systems, or integrations were used or accessed; all figures and messages above are illustrative, grounded in Skanska's own public sustainability claims (SBTi accreditation, LEED/Envision/WELL/Living Building portfolio) and EcoWealth's real, live Ecological Work Protocol (funded work packets, photo+GPS+method proof, on-chain settlement, tCO2e receipts, operating today on Base mainnet for EcoWealth's own ecological work library).
