Stellar Green Corp. (株式会社ステラーグリーン) was established 2024-05-09 in Tokyo as a 100%-owned subsidiary of SB Players Co., Ltd. (a company whose core business is administering furusato-nozei/hometown-tax programs for Japanese municipalities). Independent Japanese-language business coverage documents forest-carbon-credit registration support across roughly 5,000 hectares of municipal-managed and private forest, alongside named partnership agreements with multiple Hokkaido towns (Kimobetsu, Uryu), the Hida Takayama Forestry Cooperative, and Hokuyo Bank, a direct, relationship-by-relationship growth model rather than a self-serve platform.

Per our own earlier research on Sylvera, Sylvera's public materials describe a partnership titled "Stellar Green and Sylvera Partner to Make the Quality of Japan's Forest J-Credits Visible," framed around the market shift where "mere standard-compliance is no longer sufficient": corporate buyers increasingly need to justify credit purchases to shareholders and supply chains. Sylvera has also appointed a dedicated Japan Country Manager and separately partnered with Carbon EX on Japan carbon-market transparency, three distinct Japan-focused moves in the same period, suggesting real, sustained interest rather than a one-off press release.

3 · Agent discovery: the starkest gap we've found

No robots.txt at all; every other agent path true-404s byte-identically to a control

stellargreen.co.jp returns a true 404 for /robots.txt itself ("The requested URL was not found on this server"): not even the most basic SEO-era file exists. llms.txt (the file AI assistants read first), /.well-known/agent-card.json, /.well-known/security.txt, and ai.txt all return an identical 236-byte Apache-style 404 page, byte-for-byte matching a nonsense-path control. A real sitemap.xml does exist (200, 2,226 bytes). Consistent with a young (2024-founded), Japan-domestic-market company that hasn't yet built any English-language or machine-readable surface, an honest gap, not a soft-catch.

EWP intersection: what this adds up to

Every hectare Stellar Green brings into Japan's J-Credit Scheme still needs field verification before a credit issues: planting confirmation, boundary surveys, ongoing maintenance walks across municipal and private forest parcels. Nothing in Stellar Green's own public stack (or, as far as this recon could establish, the J-Credit Scheme's own infrastructure) is a machine-verifiable, photo+GPS+signature primary-evidence record for that field work. EWP's proof → approve → on-chain settlement flow is proposed as a candidate for exactly that layer, expressed (if it were ever pursued) in the same CDOP vocabulary Sylvera already uses with international buyers (per our own Sylvera brief), not as a claim of any present relationship, registration, or J-Credit Scheme presence for EWP today.
