Independent concept · Not affiliated with Uber · Unlisted
You already run the work protocol. It just isn't verifiable yet.
Every day ~1M U.S. drivers and couriers (≈10M globally) claim a bounded task, prove completion with GPS and a timestamp, and get paid. That is exactly the shape of an EcoWealth work packet: scope, proof, settlement. This concept shows where a funded, proof-verified, on-chain-settled work layer plugs into Uber's public surface, its workforce, and its 2040 zero-emissions pledge.
Read this first. This is an independent, unsolicited concept demonstration by EcoWealth Corporation. It was not requested by, produced with, reviewed by, or endorsed by Uber Technologies, Inc. or any affiliate. Every observation comes from Uber's public web surface and public DNS only: passive reads, no scanning, probing, or authentication. Uber®, Uber Green™, and Uber Eats™ are Uber's marks, referenced descriptively. Every "demo" is a concept mock on EcoWealth's own data.
The whole thing, plainly
We found four small gaps between Uber's public "we work with AI agents" story and what an AI agent actually sees today, plus one place Uber's own workforce already looks exactly like our work packets (a bounded task, proven at a place, paid).
We already drafted every fix, free: a findings brief, a working demo, and an agent kit with the missing files.
The one ask: try one 10-cent payment call against our live endpoint, a two-minute proof, not a sales conversation.
Four facts from the public record (each reproducible)
Champions agents
Uber publicly wrote "Solving the Identity Crisis for AI Agents" and ships Uber AI Solutions, yet www.uber.com/llms.txt is a 404 and the edge returns 406 to non-browser clients on every /.well-known/ path.
robots says yes
robots.txt explicitly allow: /.well-known/, but the Cloudflare edge 406-blocks any agent trying to read it.
Zero-emission 2040
Real pledge (100% EV rides in US/CA/EU by 2030; $800M Green Future), published as prose, no per-trip machine-verifiable proof layer.
≈1M US earners
Already claim bounded tasks, prove with GPS+timestamp, get paid. Task-shaped work is packet-shaped work.
The concept, in three pages
Capability brief
A passive, reproducible read of Uber's public surface
Baseline credited first (it's strong: HSTS, SAMEORIGIN, DMARC enforced). Then four evidenced findings, each with the exact URL, HTTP status, and re-check command: the agent-discovery gap, the unproven emissions pledge, the labor-pattern fit, and one email-auth nit.
In Uber's own black-and-green: a driver on downtime claims a bounded ecological task in the same city geography, completes it with photo+GPS+signature, and it settles to an on-chain receipt, the same motion they already make on every trip, now with proof anyone can verify.
Concept files: an llms.txt capability map, an A2A agent card and MCP tool schemas (the standard files that let an AI assistant use you correctly), and a concierge persona: the static, verifiable discovery layer that the "Uber AI Solutions" story implies but the public front door doesn't yet expose.
Not slides: a running system, a live ecological work library, proof-checked packets (photo+GPS+signature), and on-chain settlement on Base, EWP contract 0x76c17C…A14B (source verified on BaseScan), first fully settled packet workId 14 (2026-07-07); agent-payable tools over standard x402 (a web-native way for AI agents to pay per use): work-packet $0.10 · proof-check; live board counter at vealth.net/labor/stats (the counter is the truth, not this page).
Uber turned "a bounded task, proven at a place, paid" into a global habit. EcoWealth adds the two things a habit alone can't: a proof anyone can verify, and a place worth restoring.
Put one agent on-chain today: the scary part, made small
Give any AI agent, Claude, GPT-class, Llama, or your own, a Base wallet holding a few cents of USDC. No account with us, no API key, no sales call.
Point it at a live endpoint: the work-packet program answers HTTP 402 with a standard x402 payment schema; the agent signs a USDC authorization and pays $0.10. A runnable client with a dry-run default is published at vealth.net/recipes.html.
What comes back is a bounded, proof-verified ecological work packet, and every step the agent just took (payment, settlement) is an on-chain receipt anyone can verify, forever.
Why this isn't scary: the agent cannot do anything invisible here. Every action embeds its own receipt: permanent, public, verifiable. That is more accountability than most enterprise software offers, not less.
The bet: Uber already runs an agent-dispatched task network and champions AI-agent identity in public ("Solving the Identity Crisis for AI Agents"; Uber AI Solutions; a driver assistant + voice booking built with OpenAI, working alongside Claude and Gemini agents). This is the smallest possible extension of what Uber already does. Being early costs $0.10 and one afternoon. Being late means the proof-verified track records belong to someone else.
Then: fund one packet in a city you already serve
The teach-block above is the door; this is the first real outcome. One bounded step, at a price that is a rounding error at Uber's scale, that returns a verifiable on-chain receipt tied directly to Uber's own 2040 zero-emissions pledge:
$0.10
Have any Uber AI agent make one x402 call to our live work-packet endpoint. Keyless, standard scheme. You get a real packet object back, the agent-legible door F1 says is missing, working in one call.
~$250
Fund one Restore packet in a city your drivers already serve (native planting, storm-drain marking, tree-well care). A driver claims it on downtime; completion is photo+GPS+signature; it settles on-chain. The deliverable is the receipt.
Bounded pilot
10 restore packets in one metro over 30 days → 10 settled receipts + a tCO2e tally you can cite under the 2040 pledge. Small, fixed, reversible: proof before scale.
Reason to use it: your 2040 commitment currently reads as prose an AI must paraphrase. Each option above ends in a settled, independently-verifiable receipt, proof, not a promise.
