Vealth · Terms
The terms, in plain English.
Vealth is self-serve coordination for real, provable work. These terms say what using the board actually means, no fine-print surprises. This is an operating format, not attorney-reviewed legal advice.
What Vealth isWhat Vealth is
Vealth turns a place and a problem into a bounded work packet: a named task, a proof requirement, and a price. A person or an agent claims it, does the task, and proves it. A receipt remembers what happened. Vealth shapes the task and holds the proof standard; it does not dispatch labor or supervise anyone.
Not employmentNot employment
Claiming a packet does not make you an employee, contractor, agent, or partner of Vealth or EcoWealth. There is no wage, no schedule, no boss, and no promise of ongoing work. You decide whether, when, and how to do a packet, within its written scope, as an independent party. You are responsible for your own taxes, tools, insurance, and compliance with local law.
How pay worksPay follows the proof, never a promise
- A claim is not a payment
Taking a packet reserves the work for you. It does not move money and is not a guarantee of payment.
- Funded vs. unfunded
Every packet shows a funding badge. A funded packet pays its named price in USDC on Base after your proof is reviewed and approved. An unfunded or proposed packet has no cash reserved; approved proof earns a credit toward the work, not cash. You see which one you are taking before you claim.
- Approval is required
Payment or credit follows proof that is reviewed and accepted against the packet's own checklist. Rejected or missing proof settles nothing. Review is a human decision; if proof is rejected you get the reason and may re-submit.
- The claim never grows larger than the evidence
Only what a packet names is asked or settled. Extra claims beyond the proof are not recorded.
If you fund work
- What your money does
Funding a packet pays its posted wage, and only that wage, to whoever completes the work and passes proof review against the packet's own declared rules. It buys no token, no credit, no carbon retirement, and no claim on us. No packet is marked funded until the payment is verified.
- Paying more than the price
Welcome. Anything above the posted wage is recorded as a premium reserved for the worker who completes the job, on top of the wage.
- Refunds and expiry
Refund is manual today Every packet shows a public expiry date before you fund it. If it expires with no approved proof, your money comes back: onchain funding returns to the funder wallet recorded at payment time. You may withdraw before a worker claims; once claimed, the funding is committed until the claim resolves. The moment proof is approved, the wage belongs to the worker and nothing is refundable. Honest state of the machinery: funder attribution is recorded and refundable-to, and the refund itself is currently a manual step we execute against the funding ledger, not yet an automatic rail.
- Who decides if the work passed
Proof is judged only against the packet's declared proof rule and standard, both published at posting time. A rejection names which declared element failed. The decision and the evidence go on the packet's public receipt. Funding a packet buys no influence over that decision.
- Card payments
Door closed today The card door is closed until its obligations checklist is satisfied; its state shows live on the funding page. Onchain funding and free voting work today.
Safety is your first responsibility
You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others. Work from public spaces only. Regulated or hazardous work on the board is document-only: you observe and record from a safe vantage and never enter, touch, or perform the hazardous task; that requires a licensed, trained crew. If a stop-work condition appears, stop and report. No task is worth an injury. Full rules are on the Safety page.
Public, permanent recordsOnchain records are public and permanent
When a packet settles, the settlement is written to the Base blockchain and becomes a public, permanent record that no one can edit or delete. That permanence is what makes a receipt checkable forever. Do not submit anything into a settleable claim that you need kept private. See Privacy for what is handled and what can be deleted.
Honest useHonest use
Submit only real, honest evidence for work you actually did. Falsified proof, someone else's photos, staged or misrepresented work, and attempts to game the board are not allowed and will be rejected. Use your own wallet; the signature that claims a packet must be from the wallet being credited.
