Your first packet, in four steps

    1. Tap a packet below and read it: place, task, proof, pay.
    2. Claim it with one free signature, solo or for your whole crew. No wallet? Email us instead.
    3. Do the task. Stay inside what the packet asks, nothing more.
    4. Send the proof it names (usually photos with location), any time, from your worker page: photos, location, one free signature. Claiming also gives you a one-tap proof email as a fallback. A person reviews it. Funded packets then pay in USDC. Others earn credit.

No outside worker has settled a packet yet. That zero is honest, and the first receipt is open. Here’s what a settled receipt looks like.

Counts load live from /labor/stats. Prepared value proves packets are priced; it does not prove that money has moved. The raw data room is at explore.

    Pick a craft to climb

Three crafts. A path to mastery.

Construction. Food. Environment. Start at step one today and climb. Every finished packet becomes proof you keep, and the place you worked on holds a live Standing under the Vealth Standard: earned by settled proof, lapsing when the work stops. Starting is free forever; the full teaching is a five dollar course, and the Standing itself is never for sale.

    Construction
    Living Building Challenge

The pinnacle: a building that gives more than it takes. More energy than it uses, its own water, nothing toxic in its bones. The Living Building Challenge is the standard that proves it.

What the ladder does and does not promise

Where this leads. Beginner packets build proof of reliable work; the upper rungs take real training, tools, licenses, and responsibility. The ladder is a direction, not an automatic credential. Only a funded packet pays cash; approved proof on an unfunded packet earns a credit, and every packet shows its badge before you claim.

The Living Building Challenge is Living Future’s regenerative-building standard; the Michelin Guide is an independent restaurant guide; the Sustainable Development Goals are the UN’s 17 global goals. Vealth uses them as directions for better work and stronger proof. It does not certify buildings, award stars, or represent the United Nations.

    The three standards, plainly

And the pay is real. Ecosystem health has value, and this labor deserves meaningful money, so field packets are priced like skilled work, not gig-app pennies. The board also carries small digital tasks, priced in cents and labeled as such, so there is something you can finish from a phone today. Every packet shows its own price before you claim: funded packets pay that price in USDC; unfunded ones bank it as credit until a sponsor funds it.

Every job below belongs to a career that climbs one of these three. Vealth uses them as direction and proof. It does not certify buildings, award stars, or represent the UN.

    How paid Work works

    1

    Claim

One free wallet signature takes a packet (first signed claim wins), or make an offer and let the creator accept your price. No wallet? A one-click founder-review email works too.

    2

    Do the task

Each packet names its method and scope. Nothing outside the scope is asked or paid for.

    3

    Submit proof

The packet names its proof up front: photos with location and time, readings, notes, signoff. Send it any time from your worker page (photos, location, one free signature), with the one-tap proof email you get when you claim, or by emailing [email protected] with the packet ID.

    4

    Review and settle

Accepted proof settles the packet onchain and writes the receipt. Rejected or missing proof settles nothing.

A claim is not a payment. A draft is not done work. Settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around.

    What a packet looks like

Clear and document one storm-drain inlet.

    Where
One named inlet on one block, with a location radius the proof must land inside.
    Task
Remove debris blocking the grate; bag it; note anything that needs a city crew instead of you.
    Proof
Before and after photos with GPS and timestamps, plus a one-line condition note.
    Pay
A fixed price named on the packet. If a buyer funds it, that price settles onchain in USDC after proof review; unfunded, approved proof earns a credit toward the work.

This card is an example shape, not a live posting. Live packets are on the board below.

Proving work, plainly: before, during, and forever

Proof is checked against the packet's own checklist, by a person. The claim never grows larger than the evidence.

Two honest signals, never one claim

This board proves throughput: real work, done, self-verified by photo, GPS, and chain-of-custody, with no third party in the loop. Regen Network proves something different: ecological credits carrying a formal methodology and accredited third-party verification, retirable today. Neither replaces the other. Here is what each is actually good at.

    This board: Vealth / EWP

    • What it proves

A real task, done, at a named place, with proof a person reviews. No accredited auditor in the loop; that is the tradeoff for its speed and its price.

    • What it is good at

Throughput. Thousands of small, priced, provable jobs anyone (or any agent) can claim today.

A posting is an open invitation to do work to a named standard, not a record of completed work until proof is accepted. How proof works here ↑

Reading live from the Regen Ledger…

These figures span several credit types together (carbon, biodiversity, grazing, marine, species stewardship), read live off the public Regen ecocredit registry: see it decoded, credit class by credit class and project by project, on our own commons page. Retire credits directly at app.regen.network: credit card accepted, no crypto wallet required.

These are two separate systems, kept separate on purpose. A Vealth work posting is not a Regen-registered project, and finishing one does not create, verify, or retire a Regen ecocredit. A few Vealth work definitions cite a real, nearby Regen project by its registry ID, for scientific and geographic grounding. The citation is context. It is never a claim that the work feeds that project's credits.
